WP-Plugin: Development of a simple 1:1 author/subscriber text chat

Thank you that you are interested in the development of a simple 1:1 text chat plugin for wordpress with migration to mycred create (or customize a existing) 1:1 chat between 2 different user roles authors and subscribers authors can set online status on/offline authors are able to chat with few subscribers, but subscriber dont see each others or each others messages subscribers dont have a own room author can have only 1 room global mycred points deduction per minute (2points per minute)from subscribers, the author in which room he is earn 100%, so he get for every minute these 2points wp-dashboard for this plugin for settings use wp avatar as chat image and for chanel overview in frontend before chat is starting: sub wants into chatroom of a author system check if he have enough points for first minute then check every minute and deduct points or kick subscriber from chat author get a notification that subscriber xyz wanna chat with him author must accept or decline if accept chat is starting no access to my website for your development or migration. we want a ready made plugin from your side. its quite easy to create one from your php files, so just do it and dont discuss about access to our site. your not able to do it without? sorry! because of negative experiences: unreliable freelancers will be on my blocklist for future projects!
