Problem with title tags in wordpress website

For some reason I cant seem to edit the title tags. There has to be a code conflict or something. I have an SEO plugin installed to customize the title tags but that doesnt seem to make the changes on the front end. I need someone that can fix this plugin or install another plugin that will allow me to edit my title tags and for these changes to actually work. I also need someone that is available right now, and not 2am India time.
