Programmatically Start Magento Sales_Order_Create Quote and Redirect from External Page

I need someone to provide me with a script I can use to programmatically create an admin order/quote, then load it on the sales_order_create flow in-browser for the same logged in user. [login to view URL] I need to be able to (1) set the customer ID, and (2) set the product that should be added to the cart. I'm using Magento 1.8 and can load Mage from the root directory of my server using the following: ``` require_once ('app/[login to view URL]'); Mage::app(); ``` I do not want to add a module, which is what the above link suggests -- I simply want to be able to run this as an external script. I'll direct people to this URL and identify via a GET variable the "customer_id" and "product_id" values that should be loaded, then the URL will automatically redirect them to the [login to view URL] URL with the customer and item already loaded into an order. Please do note that we use URL keys, so ensure you are redirecting using a secure URL with a key. Please do feel free to ask questions if needed.
