There are two components of the software system, a web-based application and a mobile application. In general, the web-based application will be used to integrate, collect, and frame up data for the mobile application. For the POC the data is prepopulated (and will be provided) so no database is needed. The mobile application, must be extremely easy to use and intuitive for the end-user. For the POC we are seeking a bid that can leverage a portion of the web-based application and show how it would integrate with the mobile application. In addition, having the mobile application framed up to see how an end-user would use the system.
