Ok, to make sure you understand my project and can follow directions please say what is 1+1 at the beginning of your proposal. I transfer a couple of days ago a domain from a hosting to another hosting account. The problem is that there was a subdomain that I didn't know that was hosted too. I asked the previous hosting company if there was a way to recover the subdomain and they give me access to a FTP adress. I don't know how to do this, I'm looking for someone who can get into the FTP and transfer the subdomain to my new hosting account. Thank you!

I can get your files fished out and transferred to your new host, but the issue is this: Most sites are a combination of files and database, meaning the database is in integral part of the site and it will not operate on files alone. If your provider can give you access to the hosting panel or SSH where I can get to the databases(If the subdomain uses one), then I can get it back up.
