Simple Shop System

Hi, I need a simple code to my website. It will be for online shopping but no payments just will send an email. There will be a dropdown menu at the page and the user will choose an apartment name that we input from wordpress admin panel. (we will be able to add apartment names from admin panel, this can be up to 100, alphabetical order) user will be able to choose items from dropdown menu. they will be able to add up to 10 items. we will add these items from admin panel. they will be able to enter amount for each item. and each items price will be nearby, which will be entered from admin panel also. at last there will be promo codes, and user will have discount with these promo codes. we will be able to add these promo codes from admin panel. there will be different promo codes for different discounts. up to 10. at last, the order information will sent following info to selected email which is entered from admin panel also. the info will be; name, surname phone number email address apartment name, apartment block no. apartment no. bought items with number of amount. a successful mail info will sent to user also. this is about it,
