Small Insurance Agency Management Program

I am the risk manager for a mid-sized real estate development company. I need a program that can manage the insurance policies, quotes, claims, correspondence, certificates, and documents for about 300 different entities within my company. I want something very similar to an Insurance Agency Management Software like HawkSoft, Vertafore, or AMS 360, but I do not need any of the functions that actual agencies need like populating ACORD Applications, Insurance Company Integration, or sales and marketing tools. I need to be able to input the policy details for a wide variety of insurance policies, and be able to run reports on various criteria including Total Insured Values, Types of Policies, Locations, Agent. I want to be able to drag and drop emails and attachments to save to each individual entity from Outlook. I want to be able to have contact information for the project managers and constructions managers as well as muliple contacts from the insurance agents. I also want to track the premiums paid, invoices I received and invoices I sent, and commissions paid to different agents. I need to manage the quotes, policies and invoices for Builders Risk, General Liability, OCIPs, Pollution, Bonds, Flood, Master condo policies, D&O, Professional Liability, Work Comp, Auto, Flood, Property etc. In addition, we operate a General Contractor so I need to do the same with them, with more of an emphasis on tracking Certificates we receive. Lastly, we have our corporate policies which include GL, Property, Professional Lines, Work Comp, and also a large Inland Marine Art Schedule. I also handle the personal lines insurance for the owner, so I will need a simple way to input homeowners, auto, art, boats, and umbrella policies.
