For registering consumption / salels the form should capture below: a) Qtty Used b) Job code for quantity used c) Customer name d) Selling price per unit e) Location of item f) ROB After consumption g) Used by (service engineer) For registering the addition / Purchase of inventory the form should capture below a) Qtty Used b) PO No c) Supplier name d) Cost per unit e) Location of item g) ROB After additiona c) Added by The customers and suppliers created should be registered automatically and once registered next time we should be able to choose fro there Reports: Filters to be given for each field We should be able to generate a report to know consumption and average selling price as per the dates choosen We should be able to know the purchase qtty and total purchase cost as well as average purchase cost for a choosen duration We should be able to generate current inventory list with its valuation ( Total monetary value based on average cost ) at any point of time. We should be able to get a reminder on main page for the items which are at minimum order level. For every item the purchase history and consumtion history is to be recorded and can be seen any time. We should be able to have search feature with different fields. We should be able to upload and download the data in excel and if possible PDF format.
