Smart Contracts Requirement

We have built a blockchain in Hyperledger Fabric and we need smart contracts created to implement the scenario detailed below. We would liked Open Source Cicero Templates used as per the attached documentation. Further information at: [login to view URL] We need the smart contracts created that will allow the ownership of real assets to be controlled digitally. As such, on the blockchain, it will not be necessary to physically retain goods until a condition is satisfied. Instead, the blockchain will keep a multi-verified record of the transfer of ownership. We require the smart contracts for a transaction whereby 2 companies whose data is on the blockchain, use smart contracts to query, transfer and update data on a Products sale. An asset token for the batch of Olive Oil will need to be created as well as a Payment Token The intention is that the Payment Token should be backed by Fiat currency, thereby ensuring that the value is stable. The intention is that the process will lead to an automated exchange of these tokens, with each party being automatically credited to the other party's account, upon successful conclusion of the process, when all the contract terms have been met and the required documentation under the contract has been provided and verified. .The payment token will then be redeemed for Fiat Currency that backs it. Process The products will be placed in cartons. A barcode will be scanned on each carton as it passes inspection. As soon as the scans are complete, the data generated will be uploaded to the blockchain, triggering a series of events including transferring ownership from the seller to the buyer, and transferring payment from the buyer to the seller using a token, and simultaneously transferring ownership of the Token from the seller to the buyer. The simultaneous exchange of Payment for the token will be automatically made when contract terms are met as above. Transaction Contract An underlying contract is being drawn up covering the transaction terms, data, rules, definitions, and process. This contract will lay out the business model that governs the transaction. The smart contract should then define the transaction rules in executable code. The smart contract will implement the governance rules, so that they can be automatically enforced when the smart contract is executed Please refer to the attached documentation.
