Would like a developer to develop a SMS gateway that uses the SMPP protocal to send SMS from a database (MSSQL and mySql). The software should be able to read from a MSSQL table where the outgoing SMS are dumped and send them to a remote SMPP gateway that requires authentication. The software should also be able to indicate in the MSSQL table row for the SMS sent the status based on the reply from the remote SMPP gateway, based on the SMPP specifications. The software should run on a windows computer as a service on startup and prefarably the administrative console run via a web browser using php. The developer should have knowledge in MSSQL, mySql and SMPP gateway development. More information shall be provided during the interview.
