Support the enhancement of a Magento based eCommerce website for a client

A client of ours worked with us 2 years ago to develop a Magento based eCommerce website and have since done very little to update and or maintain the website. It is now in a position where it needs some major updates and additional enhancements in order to function according to their business needs. A selection of the updates required are listed below: 1. Update complete system to Magento 2.0 2. Integrate new page templates with greater emphasis on responsive 3. Update Varnish caching server 4. Cleanse the site database, removing outdated data 5. Integrate new payment gateway and checkout functionality 6. Integrate new parallax homepage 7. Merge externally located PHP based product configurator into the Magento CMS The freelancer MUST be able to work from our offices in Dubai Media City and will be supported by an on the ground project management team along with an HTML developer in order to enable the timely completion of the tasks. This is a highly responsible requirement and the freelancer must have a high level of experience developing and maintaining Magento websites and in particular MUST be able to work on the current web application making improvements to this. This website is a dual language English & Arabic language site and therefore all tasks will be required to be duplicated for each language. No Agencies - bids will only be considered from genuine freelance individuals based in Dubai.
