Hi, I have done a check on gtmetrix and shows a very poor speed and load time. Almost 8scs. Also the product search query is taking too long. Seems like there are quite a fundamental issues. We are happy to resolve everything, firstly by doing audit. Which we need 25hours and then based on the results we will give a accurate timeline to fix all issues and also recommendations. We will promise to make it 2 secs on an average. These are the important things we will fix.
