the website doesn't load. and there seems a problem with SQL connection or something. The admin had tried to reset the password, and it messed up everything. Due to privacy issue for password. We can only use SCREEN share such as Teamviewer to fix this (We can not share the username or password) this is the website: [login to view URL] this is the error it shows: Access denied for user 'mydb2686'@'[login to view URL]' (using password: YES) This is a very urgent job and you must know how to fix this quickly. You must have previous experience to fix exactly this problem.

It looks to me like a user privileges error, it should be a fairly easy fix to complete. Relevant Skills and Experience I have lots of experience in building dynamic mysql driven websites including setting up mysql accounts via command line and cpanel. Proposed Milestones $25 AUD - To correct you access denied issue. Are you sure it was just a password that has changed?
