vTiger customisation and integration

We are trying to build a product focussed for HR and e-commerce verticals, and plan to use vTiger as its base engine to handle the workflows, sales, CRM and inventory for both. The other components we intend to use independently are Wordpress, Opencart and OrangeHRM. We have generated list of requirements, and will require huge customisation in vTiger and OrangeHRM and tightly integrating them. I am posting this project as initial introduction to select my team, and will post specific project for each of the selected members. The desired skills required are: (i) Thorough knowledge of vTiger, and should have successfully executed multiple vTiger projects for its implementation, customisation and enhancement. The desired candidates should have built few vTiger modules or plugins in the past, and should be able to demonstrate running vTiger installations with features built in it. (ii) Has thorough knowledge of PHP, symfony framework, and Doctrine bundle. (iii) Has good knowledge of web architecture, and able to orchestrate different bundles to work together and implement the desired work-flows (iv) Has good knowledge of Social Media APIs and understands linkedin and facebook really well. (v) Understands vTiger User Roles, Workflow creation, Field Mapping really well, and is able to set up single sign-on, o-auth to implement the same across different bundles. (vi) Good communication skills with focus on documenting requirements, use-cases and building user presentations for explaining the problems, solutions and progress. (vii) Follows good software development practices and practices agile methodologies. Uses Bitbucket effectively, and is able to use Asana well for monitoring projects. Should also have working knowledge for deployment on cloud (AWS or Digitalocean) and shared hosting. Should be able to configure Varnish, Apache and Pagespeed. (viii) Is able to work remotely with different people, and collaborate with different team members for different needs (ix) Has high availability and is able to devote at least 20 hours a week to the project. Also, should be a go-getter, and ensure to produce at least one component every week, fully working and deployed. For this, he should have capability to break-down requirements logically, and be able to agree to the deliverables upfront, and estimate accurately. (x) Should write neat and minimal code, which is clearly understandable and maintainable. Should be really quality focussed. Everybody in the team will care about quality and review the work of others in the team. We invite individuals (No companies please) who are highly motivated to work on long term assignments, and are interested in building something great (Just good is not good enough!). Currently we will run evaluation rounds, and will invite candidates to give a presentation, and on the basis of this we can select our team. Initially, we will post a pilot project for each of the selected candidates and will shortlist the final team on the basis of their delivery in the pilot projects. The budget for the pilot projects will be decided on the basis of estimation given by the selected candidates. Please forward your proposals, links and references to similar work done in the past, and few code samples to determine your professional skills. We will thereafter invite you for a small presentation, and will decide on the basis of this. Please do indicate your rates per hour, as well as block rate per project of 10-20 hours. The skills indicated in this project are for the team, and we need at least 1 person with all the above skills, and rest of the members may have proficiency in partial skill-sets. However, the skill person carry, he should be really good in that skill.
