My site is [login to view URL] When user sent a ticket, the website notified like this [login to view URL] . But the system still receives their tickets. I want to add new feature: 1. Show the announcement when admin reply the ticket like this [login to view URL] 2. Setup the announcement via email for admin when system receives new orders and tickets. Thanks.
