Let me add some clarifications before. CPanel is for php based hosting and not nodejs unless your hosting provider allows for that. I have experience setting that up and would look if its possible under the same or guide you what the right way to host a nodejs application would be. Let me know if you need any further clarifications. The payment would be after complete setup and hosting.
