we are a company that provide Mobile service on Demand

we are use to use our Whsatapp Account to

contact the customer and manage the appointment and answer inquiries, in addition, to take the feedback.

now we have more than 1 Agent, so we are looking for a solution can COVER the bellow :

1- use our WhatsApp Account from more than 1 device at the same time

2- make appointment booking easier

3- make answering customer questions easier

4- find customer data and his invoice in case he is looking for warranty

5- find a way in this solution can forward customer location and details to operation Group in Whatsapp

( we have 5, each team got 1 group in WhatsApp )

6- find a way in this solution to take feedback from the customer. ( Not important )

7- verified our WhatsApp account ( already verified the Facebook page )

8- show our customer our items and prices ( Not important )

it's important to us to cover all these 6 points, if not pls mention what cannot

we already user Whatsapp business now

need to know how long will take ( need it ASAP )

how much will coast us ( looking for good prices )

need to know how we will use the solution ( App-web .. )

so we need 3-5 solutions and compare between them
