Woocommerce customization

Hello I want to customize woocommerce to provide reseller accounts like meesho app I have the woocommerce site setup with razorpay payment gateway. This reseller account is for people who already have their social commerce running on whatsapp or facebook groups. Payment gateway is razorpay A registered/non registered user can come to our website and fill an application form to become a reseller. The admin will be able to see a list of resllers and accept/decline their application. He can even enable or disable existing resellers from the same list 1) Once enabled resellers will be able to see the product catalogue. They will see absolutely same list of products as any normal customer. There will be a special share button besides each product or on each product page. When reseller will click they can share on facebook/whatsapp etc but only the images, title and description will be shared. The website link and product cost will not be shared. So when user shares this his can put his own cost on the product. Let's say a T-Shirt is for 500 INR on our website. The reseller can sell it for 750 INR in his group. He will personally deal with the customers in his own whatsapp group. If a customer agrees to buy a product: He will come back to our panel and place order on behalf of the customer. While placing order he will be asked to fill a form with customer name, email, number, quantity and address. He will fill in the new value i.e 750 INR in this form. A custom payment link will be sent to the customer with the new value. So once customer will make the payment order will be successfully placed. There is no tracking of delivery or shipping. 2) Reseller will be able to see a list of orders he has placed in the past. My orders list 3) Reseller can refer someone else to join the same. He will send a customer referral link for user to join. When he adds a referral then the main reseller will earn 2% of margin for 1 year. For example User A refers to user B. So once user B join and places orders user A will earn 2% of all his earnings. Lets say user B placed an order of 750 INR whose original cost was 500 INR. So his margin is 250 INR. So user B will receive 250 INr and user A will receive 5 INR. User A will keep earning this for 1 year on all orders placed by user B. he will stop earning after 1 year. And he will only earn on user B's orders. If user B referrs user C, then he won't earn anything on User B's referral earnings from user C
