Wordpress Genesis Developer/Expert wanted to create custom theme ( around PST time zone)

I am looking for a Wordpress Developer with specific knowledge and experience working with the Genesis theme to make a custom CSS child theme for my website based off of the Authority child theme. I’d also like help with optimizing the backend of my site to optimize plugins and loading speed/caching and things like that. I am looking for someone who is able to start the project within a week or two, and complete it within a 1 month week timeframe. I’d also like someone who is interested in working in a collaborative way -- for example, rather than me handing off the specs and you working on it independently and then sending me the finalized product, I want someone who open to participating in a couple of zoom calls with me and my team as well as communicating regularly over slack. At the end of the project, I’d like to have a ~1 hour video call with you so you can show me the backend (I have some coding knowledge and customized the CSS of my current child theme). That way I’ll have a basic understanding of how things are organized and I can make small updates myself for myself moving forward. If we end up working really well together, there will be the opportunity for ongoing work. So if you’re open to having a long-term, mutually beneficial working relationship after this project is complete, that would be all the better. In your reply please let me know your specific experience working with Wordpress and Genesis, and send me samples of websites you have made using Genesis. Please also tell me your favorite flavor of ice cream -- this is to weed people out who aren’t detail-oriented and didn’t read the full ad.
