We are looking for a work flow process automation software
in which i can do the following
-define work flow stages
-define parameters to each stages
-assign approver or group of approver to each stage that makes me able to define groups and assign people to these groups
-each stage should have supported document and if the document exist from previous stage the system should be able to make a copy version for the current stage to be updated
-the system should allow me to create different work flows
-chat board / chat messanger for all users within work flow
-facility to call for a meeting for the workflow users(all users or specify the requested users for the meeting)
-email notification for users in the work flow to request his approval for a specific stage or notification of status change in the stages
-each stage should allow me to specify actions like for example ("approved" that will make the task go to next stage, "on hold" that will keep the task in that stage until the hold is released, reject if i want to terminate the work flow, "request more info" go to previous approver with note to be reviewed)
after we define the workflow and started working each request should have a unique idetifier by the system
reports and dash board should be provided to see how many open, on hold , reject,
stage,
kpi on users and thier response to each stage
