Build a CAD add-on for me

We need to build an add-on program for a cad system that will enable our engineers to work quicker. This will be quite a complex program and anticipate it will take 6 months to complete. We need somebody that has had experience with cad programming. We haven't yet chosen the cad program and are open to suggestions.
