We're looking for a self-motivated, meticulous, and fun-loving individual to join our close-knit team as a freelancer! This list provides some detail into what a PR Freelancer at Red Bug will experience and learn. It is not exhaustive or comprehensive, but the majority of tasks and responsibilities are laid out below. Key Responsibilities: 1. PR Counsel — Consult with clients to develop appropriate public relations strategies and messages, along with well-managed tactics. 2. Media Relations — Liaise with local, regional, and international media on editorial opportunities, as well as generate targeted publicity in business and industrial trade media (print/online). 3. Media Communications — Develop marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, newsletters, websites) that reach out to clients' partners and customers. 4. Trade Show Press Support — Maximise clients' presence at events by working with the organisers and trade media. 5. Research — Execute market/media research and analyse findings.

Hello! This job description describes me in a nutshell, and I would also like to tack on organized, diligent, and creative. To summarize how I am reliable to achieve each one of the responsibilities listed: 1. PR Counsel - I have 5+ years of experience working with customers and making them the number 1 priority. I am confident in my ability to communicate with them in order to develop the appropriate messages they are striving to accomplish. 2. Media Relations - Communicating to the correct target market is VITAL in this line of work. One must know their audience and speak authentically to them, both of which I have experience in. 3. I have build newsletters and advertising material for over 6 projects and have developed 3 websites all targeting a different audience. 4. I have 3 years of experience in maximizing presence in events, with the latest event this past April having a 200% increase than previous comparable events. 5. Staying up to date on the latest media is essential. I am continuously learning about new ways to market and promote my brand. Most recently I read up about syndication!
