Build a conversational agent (NLP) We require to build a conversational agent to carry out a conversation over phone lines with our clients. We have pre-recorded conversations that we would like to build an alogirithm and deploy speech to text and text to speech APIs. We are looking for freelancers who have demonstrated experience in google cloud/ dialogflow/ Alexa/ Watson APIs towards building chatbots. We would ideally bring along a freelancer to build a poc using this project and subsequently scale up. Looking forward to connecting.
