Since you haven't given details about the project I can't comment on my relevance for the project. But I have worked on both R and python and in very different domains. In R I have worked on analysis of geocode data and in python, I have experience of working on Multiple projects of visualisation and Machine Learning. Currently, I am employed by a US-based Healthcare analytics startup.

I am a data scientist and software engineer with a substantial experience in big (petabyte-scale) data handling and processing. My work relies heavily on implementing efficient program algorithms, Analytics and performing statistical inference. I routinely use machine learning techniques, architect data analysis pipelines. I am highly analytical and process-oriented data scientist with in-depth knowledge of database types; research methodologies; and big data capture, manipulation and visualization.
