Hello Avi, This can be achieved using "os" if it is windows, then you can check files with regular "if" arguments. If it is zip file, first, you can use "zipfile" package in the python. "shutil" will provide moving (or cut) the files to another folder. Again using "os" functionallty you can open and run any program you like while indicating its location "C://Users...../[login to view URL]". The rest can be acieved by OPENCV functionalltiy of "pyautogui", I can recognize where to click and it will do it. Give me your folder and program. I can finish within a day.
