SMS to Email and Email to SMS Integration using Twilio and Heroku

Looking to create a series of telephone numbers on Twilio and to two-way integrate each of them to specific email addresses so that we can receive and send texts from email addresses. This is a two way integration, so when a random person texts a phone number, that text is forwarded to a specific email address. The recipient at that email address can then compose an email response that is directly texted to that random phone number from which it received the original text. This two way integration should also include attachments. We can use SendGrid or MailGun plus Heroku for this integration. The code should be committed to Github and connected to the Heroku account so it is easy to redeploy when we add new phone numbers to email connections. Twilio and Bandwidth both have old documentation online on how to do this that is no longer working (Bandwidth is not an option for this project).
