want to create desktop application which run on ubuntu and windows

1. admin can register the employee with its employee id,name,biometric / facematch 2. first time employee can login in particular system with its employee id, biometric, so in database with it details mac address will be added in it 3. employee have to login in every morning 4. alert in format of popup will be display in client machine , it will be dynamic like 15 min or 20 min, it can be set by admin [login to view URL] is for speific duration like 1 min- 2 min 6. if they unable to put its biometric then it will be flaged as not present, it will be maked duration from last login till this fingureprint [login to view URL] can create [login to view URL] breaks for a day 8. if employee want to take a lunch break or any break then there should have a button ,then have to go with its biometric. biometric can be validated with its mac adress only . it will not work in other system 9. End of the day they will get the total duration worked and then they can logout. 10. these data will be stored in admin db. 11. if employee want to see its log for a day or a week they can see. total duration work login time logout time punch log miss punch log time it should run in background every time so that in every 10-15 min . popup should come this is my requirement
