reddit scheduler

I already have a reddit scheduler built in react, but I wouldn’t mind scrapping it completely and stating fresh. I need this tool to automatically post to [login to view URL] either immediately, or specify timer of when to post. my budget would be $250 for this part, and I would be interested in an additional $200 update following this. I came from fiverr, had a bad experience with time wasted. the deadline or turn around im looking for would be less than 5 days. I essentially need a clone, or something very similar to [login to view URL] for inspiration. ***BUDGET $250, LOOKING FOR UNDER 1 WEEK TURN AROUND*** ***WILL PAY EXTRA FOR IMMEDIATE TURN AROUND PROJECT COMPLETION*** features that must be included: -admin panel for me to control user accounts for them to use the platform. under the admin panel I state how many accounts I want them to be able to add. -imgur api for uploading images -reddit api that’s public to make this task happen additional details for me to mark the contract as complete what I absolutely need: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- details: main screen... users can register an account, but that account won't be active to use the platform, or see past the main screen unless I manually activate their login. under the admin panel I can control the users on how long they are able to use the platform, and how many reddit accounts they are able to add under their login. when using the platform people are able to enter a link, text post. or upload an image. when users upload an image its using the imgur api for the picture to automatically upload to generate an [login to view URL] link to post to reddit. users are able to decide the reddit account they are posting under, and make a title for their post. once they selected the reddit account to post under and the title that account is selected to post. in their post they can then make the titles for their posts for the picture they uploaded, or text post submitted [login to view URL] are able to post to desired subreddit or their own profile. the users are able to post either immediately, 1 hour, 4 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week. the users are also able to make their own post times that each post will be separated by using the calendar, or time picker available for me to complete this project.. I need proof that it is working, I am happy with the outcome, and I need assistance deploying this to the local host and testing live. once the project is complete I will be interested in additional updates after with more api commands to automate this further, and do even more updates to make this even better. if these arent met I will not be marking the project as complete.
