First of all my BUDGET is 200 USD. You will need to model 3 models. If you do a good job and deliver on time. I will tip you accordingly. What you need to do - just model and send me the source file. NO lighting required, NO rendering required, NO landscape required, NO Material required. Require delivery time - 3 days (72 hours from date of confirmation) 1) High Rise 2) High Rise 3) Shop lot update required - you will need to send me the source file at least once a day to verify on your work. i need to make sure everything is in the right order. VERY IMPORTANT - reduce polygon count E.g a high rise tower ( its best to model it floor by floor / level by level ) in a single polygon or maybe less than 10 polygon count...just use boolean / proboolean for any opening. Instead of hundreds polygon just to make the single facade... It will be easier for mapping work and ram friendly too :) This is what is needed Good luck and happy bidding.
