Very much a visionary, and a man with an acute sense of business, he devoted himself to the project and in March 1969 began the production of Insecticides and Air fresheners under the brand name of KWIK. A few months later he was Granted the Liquid Detergent Manufacturing License to produce the LULU brand. This swiftly became the most popular household brand on the market and even today the people of Kuwait still refer to any dishwashing liquid as LULU – the Trust mark of success for any brand. In 1976, the factory was upgraded and a new facility was opened with the latest Aerosol production line from Pamasol. This replaced the old Aerofill machine which not only handled the increasing demand for KWIK aerosol products but also ensured that customer orders are consistently met on time – a standard of service that the company had become known for.
