1. When looking for company information, what are the differences in searching public vs. private companies? Where would general data be found? 2. If you were asked to find the financials for a UK company and any current news on this company, where would you look? 3. You have been asked to find the balance sheet, the cash flow statement, and the income statement for a public company for the last three years. You also need to locate the compensation for the top executives and give a list of the directors. Explain where you would find each of these items. 4.
