Hi there Since our IT business is growing steadily, I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant, with preference to VA’s in EU MUST speak/write great Corporate English. German would be a huge bonus Worload: 1-4 hours a day Tasks The VA I'm looking for will be performing the following tasks: Email Management Creating company letter templates and layouts Proofreading and editing Lead generation and outbound E-Mailing in regard to SLA- and other service packages we offer Data entry Calendar-, Email Management and Appointment scheduling Managing/organizing files and setup GSuite and Google Drive Researching certain topics for content Creating reports in MS Word and Excel Personal errands And various other tasks I'm really looking for someone who can manage this without (much) guidance. Currently I'm spending more time then actually delegating it, which has been a pretty frustrating experience. (quick rant in-between) Our company is young, so there is plenty of work to do on the administrative part of the business. I will create a G-Suite Account for the VA to work on various admin. work. Mainly finding, creating and ordering Templates in the right folder on the drive. If you feel like you're a good fit for this, please join our Slack Channel to have a quick chat.
