Ruby on Rails developer for startup

Hello! My name is Ronald, and I'm the founder of Streakscore ([login to view URL]). We are a Norwegian startup building a new kind of productivity system, where we gamify your goal/todo-list. I've studied behavioral psychology for many years and designed a different kind of to-do/productivity app based on my research. We currently have an MVP live, and a few users are actively using it. They use it to prevent procrastination and reach their daily goals. We are two people on the team, one designer/front-end and one part time backend. The RoR-app is currently using Rails 6.1 / Ruby 3.0. We have a few smaller features designed and ready to be started. We are now looking for a part-time freelancer, with the possibility for a full-time position in the future. Must-have requirements - Very good overall Ruby on Rails hands-on-experience. If you have just started with Rails, don't apply. - A high-quality headset with a microphone. - Very good vocal and written English. If you are struggling with English, don't apply. - You must be a freelancer, not part of an agency. If you are part of an agency, don't apply. Nice to have requirements - If you have React and/or React Native experience, that is a big plus, as we plan to rewrite the front-end to React/React Native in the future (we currently use vanilla Rails MVC with .[login to view URL] files). - If you also have experience setting up a web app in an Electron-wrapper, that is another big bonus. We plan to have Mac/Windows version of the app as an Electron-app.
