Current Role: Chat Support Agent (Work from Home) (Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/online sales required from any Industry) Compensation: INR 15,000 per month Submit your resume on our website for immediate processing - [login to view URL] Select "Customer Service Expert" in the "Applying For" field, submit your resume, continue with the online evaluation by clicking on "Send my application". Please make yourself available for an hour before initiating the evaluation. The assessment process consists of four components. Two English tests, a basic one and an advanced one. These are timed but there is plenty of time for those at the level of English we require – you should not rush but try as hard as possible to answer correctly. These 2 sections are highly important for the selection process and make sure to answer each and every question correctly. We look at a benchmark of 80% on this. The next one is an online interview questionnaire for you to complete. The fourth component is an attitude test. You will only be allowed to attempt each test one time. The system will block any second attempts.
