Hello. I propose to build your REST client using the LWP::UserAgent or WWW::Mechanize modules. Does your API require authentication? If so, what kind of authentication (OAuth, HTTP sessions, etc.)? I have worked with RESTful APIs on a number of occasions in the past - and with LWP::UserAgent also. (I can provide links to source code if you need them.) I will be available probably between 5 and 10 hours a week over the coming month (possibly more if needed - but would need to confirm). I am based in Ireland - so my timezone is a few hours ahead of US.
