Access DB | Fix Error 429: Active-X, DAO -> Parametrization

We operate an Access DB solution. Excel sheets are also used in this application. From these sheets a (Wording Microsoft: Automated Office Application) print on a Label Printer (Dymo) can be triggered. So far so good: the application works perfectly on the currently used hardware. (Note: OS = Windows 7, 64bit | Office = 2010 Pro German). Now to the problem: we want to port the installed application to another environment (OS not yet defined, probably Windows 10 Pro, Office will probably be 2016 Pro or 2019 Pro). In the test everything works perfectly except the print on the label printer. When trying to print, an error message is issued: Print Error: Error 429 - Establishing Object with ActiveX-Component not possible. I can dimly remember that when the application was anchored in the current environment, settings were made in the Active-X, DAO area, but finally I don't know what was done. Note: the error occurs reliably in every environment we tested (OS: Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 2010, Office 2016). Thus it can be stated that the behaviour is largely 'application neutral'. What we need now: A proven specialist in the field of Active-X, DAO, who can carry out the necessary parameterization/setting for us (ideal: directly via Teamviewer in our test environment). As we need the application to be ready by the upcoming Wednesday (2020-03-20, 0600pm) we consider this project as time critical.
