 Provide a brief description of your recruiting and applicant management system.  Cost - Annual? Initial configuration?  Process for an applicant to apply for a job online.  Job boards that are supported with your product. Describe how jobs are posted to Internet job sites.  Does the system integrate with any payroll systems? If so, which ones?  Are administrators allowed to schedule interviews, notify interviewers of times and locations via the system?  Can hiring managers track applicant status?  Can hiring managers schedule interviews?  Does the system distinguish applicant status for internal or external candidates?  Can a resume/application be maintained in the system?  Can a resume/application be searched using key words?  Does the system keep a history of a candidate’s record with all the associated recruiting activity?  May hiring managers enter additional applicant information as needed?  Will the system allow users to attach documents to an applicant’s record?  Does the system house interview question templates for each job?  May communication history be reviewed?  Does the system allow administrators to establish access levels in the system by role (e.g. admin, hiring manager)?  Does the system allow applicants to choose if they would like to be alerted when a future position becomes available?  Provide a description of security measures incorporated into your system. Include user authentication, data encryption and architecture redundancy.  What was your uptime for the past year?  How do you schedule downtime for major upgrades to servers? What is seen by end users when attempting to use the system during an upgrade?  How long is data able to be stored on your system?
