Ball Tracking Raspberry Pi

I need some framework code created to start a project for a raspberry Pi 2 .... must be in python... The hardware is designed and built so we can not change it... It uses 2 cameras to take a video of a Tennis Courts, One camera the left side the other the right side of the court. One side has nothing to do with the other ...except the singular ball(1) ball going back and forth. Let me say again the hardware can not be redesigned and is already built. We need Framework built that 1. detects the white lines of the court 2. Tracks the ball and where it lands on the court. 3. if it lands inside the court(white lines) the ball is in . If it lands out side the court it is out and the code should print "OUT) Because we MUST place the camera at the net, this is not debatable for now we will only detect the singles lines(see attached Pix) The lines of the boundaries are always in white. The ball is always green. The device we built is portable but once it is set up it will not be moved. Then all it has to do is Motion Detection of a tennis tennis ball . If it lands beyond the boundaries white lines) the computer prints "Out" otherwise it keeps tracking the the ball and where it lands and saves the x,y coordinates . Tennis court are all the same size The court is 78 feet (23.77 metres) long. Its width is 27 feet (8.23 metres) for singles [login to view URL] service line is 21 feet (6.40 metres) from the net. (it will display on a LED screen and later in the project transmit coordinates to web server and back to a users app (this I will do) ) Please Comment your code well ... The job is considered complete when I can load the program on my raspberry PI 2 ( I am using Raspian Python 2.7 but if you want to use Python 3.x let me know it is ok) and it runs. Milestones will be set up but will not be released until work is completed ...so please don't ask.... Thank you .
