I need to create a spreadsheet, I have started creating this. I need the SW Initial, UR Number, Patient Name, DOB, Ward, Statistic type columns to remain the same. I would like to have it so the relevant data columns to the right change depending on the statistic type chosen in the dropdown box. I have attached the current spreadsheet and some screenshots.
