Construção Monitor de Rede, Controlado em .net com Pausador.

Precizo de um Monitor de rede em .net controlando a conexao entre SQL Server entre 2 bancos de daos no caso tenho este exemplo da Microsoft e para min ja esta funcionando ' Define the server, publication, and database names.
