Hi, I can develop for you a windows c# or vb.net form to write an image to your sd card, only need to select the path of the image file and the drive letter to write, then click a button and wait for the process finish to show a message box. I will use a special version of Win32DiskImager to call from c# form visual studio project. I have a raspberry 2, I can test if the image was saved correctly.

Familiar with the raspberry Pi images. So I know exactly what you want to do. I think a simple GUI and a command -line exe is needed. Also only .img/.bin files needs to be supported to keep the development error free. Looking forward to hear from you.
