I partner with several establishments who would like to reward specific users in a VIP program - members would receive deals, discounts in store, etc. Think of it as an invite only loyalty program card that can be obtained by messaging with the bot. A user would be able to request access to the VIP program, purchase their membership, receive a unique identification number or authorization code that will display a barcode/QR code. The barcode/ QR code can be scanned at the counter. On the backend, I would like the admin to be able to edit the establishment name (we have multiple clients), track the number of uses, develop campaigns or deals that can be pushed out through the bot.
