I have Desktop Screen Software . it Broadcast the Desktop Over UDP.
Probably on these Ports
UDP: 5353, 60936 - 61036
TCP: 60936 - 61036
But Note sure you need to find out the ports.
We need to get the stream on one player so we can have that stream .

Are you friggn serious??? Users must install the software, send the port number and IP Address so that you can watch their desktops?!???? That DOESN'T sound ethical AT ALL!

You could simply use the network analyzer library such as netstat. From here you can retrieve the PID (Process ID) which is using the opened port. Once you get the PID you will have the apps name which is matched with PID of the opened port. That's it. I could write a small tools written in .NET so you will have the preferred port number as well
