Generate SMS usage details report

-We have an event-detail-record file and need to extract, tabulate, and report on certain events per account (SMS delivered to certain destinations). -Source file is space delimited text file. We will supply field descriptions and source file location. -Output file is required to have 1 row per subscriber-account, and several columns. -Each column will be used to report the count of specific well-defined events for each account. -This program needs to run on Linux and can be scripted to execute on different source text files. -We require the source code upon completion of this project. -Preference to Python. C/C++ and Java also acceptable. Input would be: -Executable cdrfile=[login to view URL] local=123 c1=456 c2=567 c3=678 -Local specifies what should be counted as local, if local=1416 then all destination and origination numbers beginning with 1416 would be counted as a local -all numbers starting with + would be counted as international -c1/c2/c3 allow different prefixes to be passed as parameters and to be tabulated in their own column (based on country specifics) Output file would be: [login to view URL] (ie same last 12 digits of inputfile, with [login to view URL] ) -There would be a row for each unique account ID (plan on 2 million, however please specify if a smaller number would make the project easier or more efficient) or if no limit can be set (based on available memory of machine) Columns: Accountid,phonenumber,total_records,totalsent,total_recieved,total_local_sent,total_international_sent,total_local_recieved,total_international_recieved,totalC1_sent,totalC2_sent,totalC3_sent Other Goals: Total processing time for 1,000,000 records should be under 1 minute (negotiable) Attached files show existing reports, cdr file format, and a sample cdr file.
