Java implementation of MAP protocol -- 2

Responsibilities: Freelance should help our team to develop the MAP Operations for a Java based Network node (Datamodel and managers are available, so only MAP logic operations have to be built) • Ability to produce project documentations including Requirement Specification Document, Functional Specification Document, Project Delivery Manuals etc. Requirements: • Degree in IT related field • 4+ years of experience developing on Java • Strong knowledge of Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards. Familiarity with the GSMA recommendations related to MAP • Very strong knowledge in SS7 • Familiarity with MAP call flows • Very good knowledge in GT (numeric, alphanumeric) and routing management: load balancing, dynamic routing, fixed routing • Familiarity with HLR, VLR, IMSI, HLR, Cld GT, Clg GT • Experience with software development tools such as SVN, GIT, JIRA • Experience with Diameter will be a plus • Ability to work in various development methodologies, preferably with Agile • Experience with unit testing in enterprise environment • A strong understanding of Enterprise Application architecture • Ability to work well within a team, work optimally under scheduled deadlines • Good verbal and written communication in English
