I need you to develop some license plate recognition software for me. This would use multiple cameras to identify the license plates of vehicles parked in restricyed spots. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using openalpr, with C and C++ Eqch spot would have its own cctv camera to recognise plates. This would be criss checked with a list of plates in a database. If the plate is on said database as a resident or there is an outstanding infringement, an alert will be created. I would also like the ablity to restrict access to our parking garage should a plate have an outstanding infringment. Will take a little work to create a user friendly interface.
