Ad server designing using RTB kit

We want to open our platform to the ad exchange markets for the two sides: The demand side to submit ad agencys & Ad exchanges to the markets for our internal web app and the Supply side to find more ads coming from the exchange markets (like Rubicon, appnexus, openx, adx ....) for our publishers. We can do that in Real Time Bidding We are going to use RTBkit. A platform (c++,Nginx) has been set in our internal server. As soon as we receive the request for ads we need to submit a bid request to our RTB platform which must be connected to major exchange markets. We need to achieve the installation of our platform with all needed component (Ad Exchange Connectors, bidding agent, data loggers and augmenters) and to set the necessary scripts in PHP needed to submit the request to the RTB platform and to collect the response to send to the impressions we receive.
