USA developer wanted for long term for custom LMS System and more

Looking for candidates in the United States. We are a reputable online music education company based in the USA and we are seeking long term business relationship with an experienced developer. In our 12 years in business we have expanded to serve music teachers and students in 55 countries. Our ideal candidate will recognize the significance and value we are providing to the music education community and will enthusiastically join our mission. We first need to automate our payment systems with a custom integration with Braintree. Then we need an updated custom LMS to deliver sequences of HTML5 learning games to students, better utilize our existing automated scoring system and improve our reporting capabilities.  In order to more readily pursue our market opportunities, and B series investment funding we want to rapidly upgrade our current systems a little faster than our working capital will allow. With your participation, our initial projects can pay you up to 5 figures over the course of a year, and more work into the future is possible for the right candidate. You will be fairly compensated for your work and the nature of our relationship and we have an open book policy so you can always see your portion of our gross revenue. We will set an in person meeting with you wherever you are in the continental US. We will fly to you to make a more personal connection. Our relationship with you is very important to us.
