Write some Software: PDF clipping web tool

We need a PDF clipping web tool. Ideally, it should be build only with html, css and javascript (no backend). The detail of the tool is below. UI requirement: 1) Upload a pdf file. The length, file size, width and height of each page can be vary. 2) Select a page to work with. 3) Pick a color from 8 colors. (As a default, red is chosen). 4) Select a area in the pdf viewer area selection should be like the following site: [login to view URL] 5) The area line will change the color if the color is picked while the area line is selected 6) Delete the last point when "Clear last point" is clicked while the area line is selected 7) The area line will be deleted if the "Delete scrap" button is clicked while the area line is selected 8) The area line can be reselected for deleting and changing the color by clicking after it lost the focus. 9) Click "New Scrap" and start next area selection 10) The pdf image can be zoom in/out by clicking + / - button or pinch on a touch screen. 11) When the pdf image is zoomed in, it can be moved by dragging. 12) Pick the file format to download and hit a download. File format choice is “pdf”, “jpeg”, “tiff” 13) The download files will be the cropped area for each color and the rest. We can provide the wireframe too. Output: zipped folder with cropped area for each color and the rest. The format of zipped file is [Original file name without extension]_[Page number].zip The file names are: [Original file name without extension]_[Pane number]_[Color].[extension] If the name of original file is [login to view URL], then the name of Download images will be; [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Other requirement: - The title of the buttons and the name of the color have to be easily changed. (We will change the title and name to other language) - Support touch panel - Responsible UI (PC and tablet) - Developed with Javascript and html only. No backend. (If it is needed, specify before the contract) - The source should work without any installation. (The source code will be copied to our internal server. )
