Create stored procedure to create db and tables

Hi there, I can design the stored procedure for that will create a copy from the database bases on the parameter. I will use "CLONEDATABASE" DBCC command. But the SQL Server version should be 2014 SP2 or later. Please msg me for POC and more details.
